Bali Hai Diving Adventures has been running dive trips in Bali since 1992 and is a PADI 5 Star dive centre. Its Lembongan base sits directly on Mushroom Beach in the grounds of the Hai Tide Beach Resort, as part of the Bali Hai Adventure Center, with a purpose-built training pool, an equipment room, rinse tanks and a diving platform on the company's floating pontoon in Lembongan Bay. The bay is also home to its coral restoration project, run with Mars Sustainable Solutions. The company is Australian-owned, with its head office at Benoa Harbour in Bali.

Custom dive boats leave from the beach a few metres from the shop to more than 20 sites around Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Penida, including Crystal Bay, Toyapakeh, Manta Bay, Manta Point, SD Point, Pura Ped and Jack Point, with site choice depending on season, swell and current. Most north-coast dives are drifts, the south coast is where resident manta rays are seen year-round, and the area is well known for mola mola in season. Guides take a maximum of four guests each, and dive equipment, lunch and dive insurance are included on two-dive trips.

Courses run from Discover Scuba Diving and Scuba Diver through Open Water, Advanced, EFR and Rescue to Divemaster, plus specialties including Enriched Air Nitrox. Divers staying in south Bali can join a full-day trip that includes hotel pick-up and the boat crossing from Benoa, and stay-and-dive packages at Hai Tide Beach Resort are available. The company also runs trips to Menjangan in north-west Bali with a partner resort.

At the time of writing, a two-dive trip from Lembongan cost IDR 1,850,000 and a single dive IDR 1,100,000 (both quoted as valid until 31 March 2027), with a fuel surcharge of IDR 150,000 for Manta Point. The full-day dive trip from Bali cost IDR 3,200,000 per adult including transfers and lunch.
