Absolute Scuba Bali — PADI 5 Star beachfront dive resort in Padangbai

Absolute Scuba Bali started in 2005 as a small dive shop in Sanur run by two dive buddies and moved to the beach at Padangbai, on Bali's east coast, in 2006. It has since grown into a beachfront resort with a range of rooms, a restaurant and pool bar, and a PADI 5 Star dive centre.

The centre offers PADI courses from Discover Scuba Diving up to Divemaster, along with fun dives on Padangbai's local reefs, including Blue Lagoon, and trips further afield: the USAT Liberty wreck at Tulamben, Amed, Gili Mimpang and Tepekong, Gili Biaha, and Manta Point and Crystal Bay on Nusa Penida.

At the time of writing, a three-day, two-night dive-and-stay package with three dives was listed at IDR 6,250,000 per person, and a five-day, four-night package with nine dives at IDR 12,350,000, with equipment and lunch included.
