Mimpi Resort Menjangan sits on the mangrove-lined shore of Banyuwedang Bay in Bali's far north-west, next to West Bali National Park, and runs its own PADI dive centre for resort guests and visiting divers. A daily shared boat leaves the resort's gazebo jetty at 9am for Menjangan Island, about 30 minutes away, with two-dive trips back at the resort by around 2pm.

Menjangan's walls and slopes include POS 1, POS 2, Cave Point, Bat Caves, Eel Garden, Coral Gardens, Temple Slope and the Anker Wreck. Closer to home, the sheltered Mimpi Channel is a boat dive and night dive known for mandarinfish, while the team also drives guests to the black-sand muck sites of Secret Bay and Puri Jati near Gilimanuk, and to Pemuteran's Temple Garden, Bio Wreck, Napoleon Reef and Close Encounters.

Courses follow PADI, from Bubble Maker and Discover Scuba Diving to Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver and Emergency First Response. On the current price list, two boat dives at Menjangan cost IDR 1,600,000 and three IDR 2,000,000; two Mimpi Channel dives are IDR 1,190,000, a Mimpi Channel night dive IDR 1,000,000, and two shore dives at Secret Bay IDR 1,485,000 or at Puri Jati or Pemuteran IDR 1,595,000. Trip prices include tanks, weights, transport, entrance tickets, a lunch box and guide. The PADI Open Water course is IDR 7,300,000, Advanced Open Water IDR 7,440,000 and Rescue Diver IDR 7,000,000. Full equipment hire is IDR 350,000 a day, and Nitrox is available on request for certified divers.
