Reef Seen Divers' Resort was founded in 1992 by Australian Chris Brown and was Pemuteran's first dive operator. Today it combines Reef Seen Aquatics with the Reef View Bungalows, seven rooms set about 50 metres from the water, plus a private villa. It is a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort, holds PADI Green Star status and is affiliated with Green Fins, using moorings only and avoiding single-use plastic.

Conservation runs through everything the resort does: it operates a turtle hatchery, supports Biorock reef structures in the bay, and created the Temple Garden underwater sculpture site and, in 2014, Garden of the Gods. Its boats visit Pemuteran sites such as the Bio-Wreck, Close Encounters, Napoleon Reef, Temple Wall, Middle Reef and the Kebun Chris house reef, and run day trips to Menjangan Island in West Bali National Park. ScubaPro rental equipment is available.

At the time of writing, the published rates were IDR 610,000 for one boat dive, IDR 1,200,000 for two and IDR 440,000 for a shore dive, with a Menjangan day trip at IDR 2,015,000 including park fees and gear. Rooms start from IDR 450,000 a night at the diver rate. Check the resort's website for current rates.
